1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or purchasing from AVELESSE ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our official Refund & Return Policy and Shipping Policy. All transactions are governed by the commercial laws of the United States.

2. Order Placement & Payment

All prices are listed in USD ($). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including inventory unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected unauthorized or fraudulent transactions. Checkout is encrypted via SSL and processed through PCI DSS-compliant payment processors. Your billing statement descriptor will reflect as AVELESSE or AVELESSE.COM.

3. Fulfillment, Shipping & Risk of Loss

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days and delivered within approximately 6–10 business days from partner fulfillment centers. Risk of loss and title transfer to the customer upon carrier-recorded delivery to the destination address specified at checkout.

4. Returns, Replacements & Inspections

Returns are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. Change-of-mind returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. For defective or damaged claims, customers must provide continuous unboxing video evidence including the carrier shipping label and handwritten order slip within 7 days of delivery. AVELESSE reserves the right to require physical return of merchandise via a prepaid label prior to issuing any replacement or refund.

5. Limitation of Liability & Disputes

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AVELESSE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use, carrier transit delays, or third-party acts. In the event of any dispute, parties agree to first seek resolution via good-faith negotiation with our support concierge at support@avelesse.com.
